Everyone Welcome! All classes are currently held virtually via Zoom. Tuesdays Yin Yoga at 7 pm weekly, Thursdays slow flow 7 pm weekly, and 2 Saturdays a month at 9 am.
5 Class pass = $8 per class
Private training is tailored to you alone and your specific needs. Currently immersed in training for yoga therapy, I can address your personal intents closely. This session requires you complete an intake form prior to our appointment. Your answers guide our session together. There are many paths in yoga. Our sessions will include things like functional yoga therapy, pain management, meditation techniques, pranayama (breath work), and of course asana (postures).
Have you ever considered trying yoga but feel overwhelmed, or even afraid of walking into a traditional class? Maybe you and your partner or friend would like to try yoga for the first time together! This could be small group of co-workers, neighbors, or friends and would give you an introduction to yoga in a private setting customized to your individual needs.
