Liquid Flow: Designed to build strength while lengthening muscles. Increasing felxibility, while coordinating movement with the breath will leave your nerves toned and your mind soothed. A wonderful way to start the weekend! Bring a block and strap if you have them.
YIN Yoga and / or LIQUID FLOW PASS

YIN: Enjoy the peaceful environment of a quiet "YIN" practice. Yin yoga is the opposite of a power flow. Yin allows us to work into the deeper tissues of the body including the joints, cartilage, and bones. It is therapeutic for the spine. This class holds reclined and seated poses for 3-6 minutes each. Bring props (blocks, blanket, bolster, pillow).
